DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN INDIA)

SHIPPING FEES
• A flat fee of ₹99 is charged on all Prepaid orders And for COD orders, a combined shipping and COD charge of ₹199 applies.
• Express shipping is available for metro cities at a fixed charge of ₹499, subject to parcel weight. You can select the express shipping option at checkout, or contact us via WhatsApp at +91 8856059078 or email us at at support@therok.co.com to request it.

Please note: Express shipping requests may be subject to product availability and could be accepted or declined accordingly.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME
• For standard shipping, orders are typically dispatched within 6-7 business days (Monday-Friday) within India. Express shipping orders, once approved, are delivered within 1-2 business days.
• If your chosen item is not immediately available, we may need additional time for restocking. We will notify you via email if there is any expected delay.
• For made-to-measure and made-to-order items, the standard dispatch timeframe is 1-2 weeks. If your order contains multiple items, it may arrive in separate shipments, each with its own tracking number, which will be provided to you upon dispatch.

TRACKING
• Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.

SERVICE DELAYS
• THEROK™ is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs clearance issues. In such cases, we recommend reaching out directly to the courier service with your tracking number for updates.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE INDIA)

SHIPPING FEES
• International shipping fees are approximately $35 (around ₹3000). Please note, this fee does not include any additional customs duties or import taxes that may be imposed at the destination country.

CUSTOM DUTIES / IMPORT CHARGES
• Customs duties, taxes, and other import charges may apply once the parcel arrives in your country. The customer is responsible for these fees, and THEROK™ is not liable for them. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to understand applicable rates.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME
• All international orders are dispatched within 7-10 business days of receiving the order. Delivery timelines may vary based on the destination.
• If your item is not readily available, we may need extra time to restock. You will be notified via email in case of any delays.

TRACKING
• A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order is shipped, enabling you to monitor your delivery progress.

FAILED DELIVERY
• For unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect address details, contact issues, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs fees, THEROK™ cannot cover any return shipment charges.
• If your order is returned to us and needs to be reshipped, additional shipping fees will apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
