SHIPPING FEES
• A flat fee of ₹99 is charged on all Prepaid orders And for COD orders, a combined shipping and COD charge of ₹199 applies.
• Express shipping is available for metro cities at a fixed charge of ₹499, subject to parcel weight. You can select the express shipping option at checkout, or contact us via WhatsApp at +91 8856059078 or email us at at support@therok.co.com to request it.
Please note: Express shipping requests may be subject to product availability and could be accepted or declined accordingly.
DELIVERY TIME FRAME
• For standard shipping, orders are typically dispatched within 6-7 business days (Monday-Friday) within India. Express shipping orders, once approved, are delivered within 1-2 business days.
• If your chosen item is not immediately available, we may need additional time for restocking. We will notify you via email if there is any expected delay.
• For made-to-measure and made-to-order items, the standard dispatch timeframe is 1-2 weeks. If your order contains multiple items, it may arrive in separate shipments, each with its own tracking number, which will be provided to you upon dispatch.
TRACKING
• Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.
SERVICE DELAYS
• THEROK™ is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs clearance issues. In such cases, we recommend reaching out directly to the courier service with your tracking number for updates.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE INDIA)
SHIPPING
We offer a flat international shipping rate of ₹3,500 INR / €40 EUR / $44 USD.
This includes customs clearance, ensuring your order is delivered directly to your doorstep with no additional duties or hidden charges.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days.
For bulk or custom-made pieces, an additional 2–3 business days may be required. In case of any delay, our team will keep you informed.
MADE-TO-ORDER APPROACH
At THEROK, we follow a made-to-order model. Some pieces may require additional processing time to ensure quality and the perfect fit.
TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.
