1.5 Damaged Items: Items Are Considered If They Are Received Damaged. Items That Are Damaged As A Result Of Normal Wear And Tear Are Not Considered To Be Damaged Items . Where Possible, We offer exchanges for new products.
1.6 After Submitting An Order, You Will Receive An Order Acknowledgment Email With Your Order Number, Item Details, And Delivery Information.
1.7 Acceptance Of Your Order And The Formation Of A Contract Of Sale Occurs When Your Order Is Dispatched, And You Receive A Confirmation Email.

2. Cancelling Your Order
