Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy

At THEROK, every piece is made-to-order with care. As a result, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. However, we do offer exchanges under specific conditions, as outlined below.

1. Exchanges

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in their original packaging to qualify.
  • For size-related exchanges, a pickup & shipping charge of ₹199 will be applicable.
  • In case of defective or damaged items received, we will arrange a free pickup and exchange.


    Note: All products undergo strict quality checks. Any damage caused due to customer handling,
    misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for exchange.

Return & Exchange Tamper Seal Policy

  • Certain products are dispatched with a Return & Exchange Tamper Seal attached.
  • The seal clearly states: “NO RETURN IF SEAL IS BROKEN.”
  • If the tamper seal is removed, broken, cut, or damaged, the product becomes
    strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable, even if the request is raised within the eligible exchange window.
  • The tamper seal is applied to prevent product usage or extended trials beyond basic fitting.
  • Any exchange request received with a broken or missing seal will be
    automatically rejected without exception.

Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Items

  • Tiny Tops, Bralettes, and Bodysuits fall under intimate wear and are strictly
    non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
  • No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be provided for these categories under any circumstances.
  • We strongly recommend confirming your size before placing an order for these products.
  • For any size-related queries, customers are encouraged to connect with us via
    WhatsApp or Instagram. Our team is available to assist you in selecting the correct size.
  • In case of non-working hours, you may proceed with placing your order by clearly mentioning your
    measurements or writing “Need Assistance” in the order notes.
    Our team will connect with you to ensure you receive the correct fit.

Custom-Made Orders

  • Custom-made orders are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, as they are crafted
    specifically based on the measurements provided by the customer.
  • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of measurements at the time of placing the order.

2. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by writing to us at
    support@therok.co.
  • After 12 hours, cancellations are no longer possible. However, before dispatch, we may offer
    store credit or an exchange for another product of equal value,
    at our sole discretion.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Refunds

  • As all our products are made-to-order,
    we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
