Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy

At THEROK, every piece is made-to-order with care, which means we do not accept returns or provide refunds. However, we do offer exchanges under specific conditions, as outlined below.

1. Exchanges

  • You may request an exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in their original packaging to qualify.
  • For size-related exchanges, a pickup & shipping charge of ₹199 will be applicable.
  • In case of defective or damaged items received, we will arrange a free pickup and exchange.

    Note: our products undergo strict quality checks. Any intentional damage or misuse by the customer will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Custom-made orders are non-exchangeable and non-returnable as they are tailored to your provided measurements. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate measurements at the time of placing the order.

2. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by writing to us at support@therok.co.
  • After 12 hours, cancellations are no longer possible. However, we can offer store credit or an exchange for another product of equal value if requested before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

3. Refunds

  • As all our pieces are made-to-order, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
